RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A STREET LYING BETWEEN
BLOCKS 1 AND 2 AND BETWEEN "B" STREET AND "C" STREET,
OAK GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 17th
day of August, 1962, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the street lying between Blocks 1 and 2
Pnd between "B" Street and "C" Street, Oak Grove Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat
of said addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1, Page 82,
in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility ease-
ments located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTT,E ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall
at 7:30 o' clock P. M. , on the 1st day of October , 1962.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
