A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO ALFRED KAHN AND
SIDNEY KAHN FOR A CANOPY OVER PUBLIC PROPERTY ABUTTING
AND CONTIGUOUS UPON THE WEST 140 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2,
BLOCK 7, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BEING
THE STORE BUILDING LOCATED AT 601 MAIN STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to Sidney Kahn
and Alfred Kahn for the erection of a canopy on a certain building
located upon the West 140 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Original
City of Little Rock, being the store building located at 601
Main Street; provided, however, that the said canopy be erected
and constructed in full and complete accordance with the Building
Code of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and all other applicable
ordinances and laws .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
