A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO PULASKI HEIGHTS
REALTY COMPANY FOR A CANOPY OVER PUBLIC PROPERTY BE-
TWEEN LOTS 4 AND 9, BLOCK 9 , MOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION
TO THE CITY OL LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . A franchise is hereby granted to the Pulaski
Heights Realty Company for the erection of a canopy over that
portion of an alley running between Lots 4 and 9 , Block 9 ,
l:ountain P: rk addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
provided, however, that the said canopy be erected and con-
structed in full and complete accordance with the Building Code
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and all other applicable
ordinances and laws .
SECTION Z. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
