A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO CONVEY BY A QUITCLAIM DEED
CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY TO SOL ALMAN; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .

WHEREAS, the City aE Little Rock owns certain property
hereinafter described and did, according to law, call for
bids thereon; did advertise for same; and
WHEREAS, the bid of Sol Alman in tine amount of One
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($1,250 .00)
cash was the highest responsible and responsive bid sub-
mitted; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock to sell and convey said property
by Quitclaim Deed to Sol Alman;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Sol Alman in the amount of
One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($1,250 .00)
for the purchase of certain city owned property, hereinafter
described, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed in favor of Sol Alman
conveying unto the said Sol Alman all of the interests of the
City of Little Rock in and to the said property, which Quit-
claim Deed, including the description of the said property, is
in form and substance as follows :

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT S :
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
on the day of — , 1962, by Resolution No.
, authorized and directed the Mayor, together with
the City Clerk, to convey to Sol Alman property in the City of
Little Rock, hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE, we, W. C. KNOOF and iAULINE G. BEESON, Mayor
and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
a municipal corporation organized, chartered and existing under
authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and
No/lOO Dollars ($1, 250.00) , cash in hand paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, acting for and in behalf of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, do hereby convey, alien and quit-
claim unto Sol Alman, his heirs and assigns forever, subject
to the covenant hereafter set out, the following lands lying in
the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas,
to-wit:
The North 47 feet of Lot 88, CLIFFWOOD ADDITION to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Sol Alman, and unto his
heirs and assigns forever, together with all and singular the
tenements, appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining.
GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns forever, does hereby covenant
that he will not erect any structure upon or make any improve-
ments to or upon the property, of any kind whatsoever, without
first replatting same, as a separate tract from or in conjunction
with adjoining properties, except that Grantee may construct a
patio r:hereo., without, replatting sai

shall become a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, a municipal
co : o a.tion, has caused these presents to be signed by its Mayor,
its Clerk and its corporate seal to be herewith affixed, all in
accordance with and pursuant to a resolution of its Board of
Directors, duly and regularly adopted, a copy of which is hereto
attached and made a part hereof, this day of , 1962.

that they had executed the foregoing Deed pursuant to the provi-
sions of Resolution No. for the consideration and purposes
therein mentioned and set forth.
