2838 RESOLUTION NO. 2,838
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT
ON CERTAIN LOTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK PURSUANT
TO SECTION 6 .E. OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,929 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, an application for a building permit has been made
to the City of Little Rock for certain parcels lying within the
proposed right of way of the Master Street flan of the City of
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No . 10,929 , the City of Little
Rock is given an option to either purchase the land or to issue
the building permit thereon as applied for; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock does not desire to purchase
or acquire such property at this time;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . Pursuant to Section 6 .E. of Ordinance No . 10,929
of the City of Little Rock, the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a building permit for Lots 4 and
5 , Block 7, Union Depot `.ddition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
notwithstanding that same lie within the now proposed right of way
of the Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock, conditioned
and provided, however, that the building permit shall be issued
only upon compliance by applicant with all other ordinances, regu-
lations and laws applicable thereto .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
