A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO MRS. N. J.
SEBASTIAN FOR A CANOPY OVER PUBLIC PROPERTY AT
1806 WRIGHT AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to Mrs.
N. J. Sebastian for the erection of a canopy on a certain
building located at 1806 Wright Avenue and now used as a
laundromat under the name "Wright Avenue Laundromat"; pro-
` vided, however, that the said canopy be erected and constructed
in accordance with the Building Code of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and all other applicable ordinances and laws.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
