A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH
CONTRACTOR FOR WORK PERFORMED IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby directed and
authorized to effect a final settlement of the Contract
between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Southeast Con-
struction Company, Inc. , which Contract governs the rights of
the Parties regarding the construction of University Avenue,
and to pay to said Contractor in full and final settlement of
all of its claims and rights against the City of Little Rock
the sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Forty and 33/100 Dollars
($10,640.33). The City Manager is further directed to procure
releases from the said Southeast Construction Company, Inc. ,
as evidence of the final settlement and to otherwise do all
things necessary to effect the transaction.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
