A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL REPORT OF STREET IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 591 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Final Report of Street Improvement District
No. 591 of Little Rock, Arkansas, dated March 12, 1962, and filed
with the City Clerk on March 13 , 1962, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The sum of Five and 05/100 Dollars ($5 .05) , re-
presenting payment by the Treasurer of Pulaski County of the re-
maining funds in the said Street Improvement District No . 591 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to the said Improvement District, which has
been delivered to the City of Little Rock as surplus moneys in the
said District, is accepted and the City Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to accept the said
Five and 05/100 Dollars ($5 .05) for the use of the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
