A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF BRUCE ANDERSON
AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; COMMENDING SAID BRUCE ANDERSON FOR SERVICE ON THE SAID
BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, Bruce Anderson served as a member of the Board of
Adjustment of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from September
13 , 1948, to September 24, 1951, and from January 14, 1952, until
chis date, at which time he has tendered his resignation from said
Board to the Mayor of the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, Bruce Anderson ' s record as a member of the said Board
is one of diligent, faithful and conscientious participation in the
functions of the said Board; and
WHEREAS, the services contributed by Bruce Anderson to the City
of Little Rock by his participation as a member of the said Board
are acknowledged and appreciated by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The resignation of Bruce Anderson from the Board
of Adjustment is hereby accepted with regret as of the date of the
adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. Bruce Anderson is hereby commended for his invaluable
contribution to the City of Little Rock by membership on the Board
of Adjustment, and the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock does hereby go on record in acknowledgment and appreciation of
the outstanding and dedicated service given by Bruce Anderson to the
citizens of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
