A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK A CERTAIN
QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of
Little Rock a certain Quitclaim Deed conveying certain property
therein described to the Housing Authority of the City of Little
Rock, arkansas, which property is needed by the said Authority
in connection with its West Rock Project.
SECTION 2. The Quitclaim Deed authorized in Section 1 hereof
shall be in form and words as follows:
