A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE A PORTION
OF A TWENTY FOOT DEDICATED ALLEY LOCATED IN
BLOCK 12, WOODRUFF 'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The First National Bank in Little Rock, Little
Rock, Arkansas, has filed with the Little Rock City Board of
Directors a Petition praying that a portion of a 20' dedicated
alley located in Block 12, Woodruff' s Addition of the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying east of the
easterly right-of-way line of the Little Rock - North Little Rock
Expressway, as is more particularly described in said Petition
and the plat attached thereto, be vacated, abandoned and closed,
and have alleged that it is the sole owner of the land abutting
upon said portion of said 20' dedicated alley;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the 5th day of March , 1962, at
7:30 o'clock P.M. , in the Chambers of the Board of Directors is
the date and time fixed for the hearing on this Petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas,
give notice of such hearing by publication, once a week for two
consecutive weeks, in some newspaper published in the County and
having a general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice
the name of petitioners, a description of the portion of the
street to be vacated and a description of the abutting real
property, and advising all persons that on the date named above,
the Board of Directors will hear the Petition and determine whether

said portion of said street shall be vacated .
