A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON
A PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON, AND CLOSE A
PORTION OF AN ALLEY TRAVERSING A PORTION OF
BLOCK 60, PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Walter E. Daniels and Ruth Daniels , Aloysius
John, Jr. , and Grace Wrape , and A. W. Johnson and Ruth Y.
Johnson have filed with the Little Rock City Board of Directors
a Petition praying that the portion of alley located between
the East one-half of Lots 7 , 8 and 9 , Block 60, Pulaski Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, and Lots 4 through 6 ,
inclusive , Block 60, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock, as is more particularly described in said
Petition and the plats attached thereto, be vacated, aban-
doned, and closed, and have alleged that they are the sole
owners of the aforesaid real property abutting upon said
portion of the alley;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the 5th day of March
196 2 , at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Chambers of the Board
of Directors is the date and time fixed for the hearing on
this Petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, give notice of such hearing by
publication, once a week for two consecutive weeks , in some
newspaper published in the County and having a general

circulation in the City, stating in said Notice the name of
the petitioners , a description of the portion of the alley
to be vacated, and a description of the abutting real
property, and advising all persons that on the date named
above, the Board of Directors will hear the Petition and
determine whether said portion of said alley shall be
vacated.
