A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BOARD OF BUILDING CODE
APPEALS TO UNDERTAKE A STUDY OF THE BUILDING CODE
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Building Code Appeals is hereby
requested to make a study of the Building Code of the City of
Little Rock and from such study recouuuend in writing to the
Board of Directors any change or changes which, in the opinion
of said Appeals Board, would improve our existing Code by
making it easier to use, or repeal the existing Code and adopt
some other Code in place thereof.
SECTION 2. The Director of Public TJrorks is hereby directed
to assist and cooperate with the Chairman of the Board of
Building Code Appeals in the study hereinabove authorized.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
