RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILING OF
AMENDED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
DUNBAR REDE7ELOPMENT AREA, PROJECT
UR ARK 1-1
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter called the "Housing
Authority", has entered into a Loan and Capital Grant
Contract with the United States of America, dated April
29, 1952, acting by and through the Housing and Home
Finance Administrator, for the execution of an urban
renewal project in an area of the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, known as the "Dunbar Redevelop-
ment Area", designated Project UR ARK 1-1 ; and
WHEREAS, after considerable review certain
changes are proposed in the Redevelopment Plan:
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that :
Section 1. The changes in said Redevelopment
Plan are approved in accordance with maps attached hereto.
Section 2. The Housing Authority file with the
Urban Renewal Administration of the Housing and Home
Finance Agency an amended Redevelopment Plan.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately.
