A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING HERBERT L. THOMAS AND EDWIN
B. CROMWELL TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Herbert L. Thomas and Mr. Edwin B .
Cromwell, whose terms expired October 1, 1961, are hereby
reappointed to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts
Center for four (4) year terms beginning October 1, 1961,
through September 30, 1965 .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
