A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING HERMAN BEMBERG, SR. ,
AND APPOINTING CLYDE BUCHANAN AND JACK BRACY
TO THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION; APPOINTING
JOHN HARVEY BAIRD TO THE NEW POSITION CREATED ON
THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Herman Bemberg, Sr. , whose term expired
November 1, 1961, is hereby reappointed to the Little
Rock Planning Commission effective November 1, 1961, for a
three (3) year term beginning November 1, 1961, through
October 31, 1964.
SECTION 2. Clyde Buchanan and Jack Bracy are hereby
appointed to the Little Rock Planning Commission effective
November 1, 1961, for three (3) year terms beginning
November 1, 1961, through October 31, 1964.
SECTION 3 . John Harvey Baird is hereby appointed to
the Little Rock Planning Commission to fill the new position
created on said Commission by ordinance, effective thirty
(30) days after the passage of this resolution, for a three
(3) year term beginning November 1, 1961, through October
31, 1964.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
