2754 RESOLUTION NO. 2,754
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND ENGINEER'S PRE-
LIMINARY DRAWINGS FOR THE PROPOSED EAST-WEST
EXPRESSWAY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the preliminary survey and engineer ' s drawings
for the proposed East-West Expressway through the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, have been completed and prepared; and
WHEREAS, same have been inspected and studied by the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
are now on file with the Arkansas State Highway Department
and the Bureau of Public Roads; and
WHEREAS, approval of said engineer 's drawings has been
given by the F rkansas State Highway Department and the Bureau
of Public Roads, but has not been formally approved by the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The preliminary survey and engineer ' s drawings
as prepared by Garver & Garver in conjunction with the Arkansas
State Highway Department, the Bureau of Public Roads and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the
East-West Expressway through the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
be and are hereby approved by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, —rkansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
