RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD CF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITT'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREET IN BLOCK 18, and 23,
SUCCESS ADDITION TO THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
JEEREAS, a petition was duly filed the the Board
of Directow of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
3rd. day of August, 19`1, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon a portion of the street in Block 18 and
23 of Success Addition to the City of Little Rock, as desig-
nated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record
in Deed Book 587, Page 72 , in the office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject , ho ever, to any public
utility easements located in said street.
NC 'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECT ORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTICN1. The hearing on said :petition shell be held
at the meetinFr of the Board of Directors in the City Hall
at 7:30 O' Clock P. M. , on the 5th day of September
1961
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in
a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Aransas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
