A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LOUIS ROSEN TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
REAPPOINTING RAYMOND R. LINDSEY TO THE LITTLE ROCK
PORT AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Louis Rosen is hereby appointed to the
Planning Couuuission of the City of Little Rock,effective upon
the passage of this resolution,for the remainder of an unexpired
term heretofore filled by Fred J. Venner ending October 31, 1962.
SECTION 2. Mr. Raymond R. Lindsey, whose term expires
July 6, 1961, is hereby reappointed to the Little Rock Port
Authority effective July 6, 1961, for a five (5) year term to
July 6, 1966.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
