2713 RESOLUTION NO. 2,713 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT ACROSS CERTAIN MUNICIPAL PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS, the Airport Commission of the City of Little Rock has requested the granting of an easement across certain lands here- inafter described to Rose Meadow Builders, Inc. , for the purpose of laying a sewer line thereon, connecting the subdivision presently under construction to the City Sewer System of the City of Little Rock; and, WHEREAS, it appears that it would be to the best interests and benefit of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that such easement be granted. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: SECTION I: For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, an easement is hereby granted to Rose Meadow Builders, Inc. , their heirs and assigns forever, over and across the following-described property: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 17, Range 11 West, Township 1 North, Pulaski county, Arkansas, running South 300 feet, thence North 87 degrees 56 minutes West 1180. 81 feet, thence North 25 degrees 57 minutes West 130. 5 feet to the point of beginning proper, which is the beginning of the easement described as follows: A strip of ground thirty feet wide or fifteen feet either side of a line running North 25 degrees 57 minutes West from the point of beginning proper 808. 5 feet to a Little Rock Sewer District existing manhole. Said easement is granted for the purpose of constructions, main- tenance, care and repair of a sewer line over and across the above-des- cribed property connecting the subdivision of Rose Meadow on East Roosevelt to the nearest presently existing city sewer line. SECTION IV: The deed of easement is herewith attached: DEED OF EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Werner Knoop, duly elected and acting as Mayor of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Pauline Beeson, by virtue of the authority of the resolutions of the Board of Directors of the uity of Little Rock, and enacted on the day of June, 1961, directing us to execute to Rose Meadow Builders, inc. , this Deed of Easement, do hereby for and in consideration of One Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Rose Meadow Builders, inc., a per. petual right of way of easement for the purpose of the construction, maintenance, care and repair of a sewer line under and across the following»described property, to-.'wit: commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 17, Range 11 West, Township 1 North, Pulaski county, Arkansas, running South 300 feet, thence North i7 degrees 56 minutes West 1160,81 feet, thence North 23 degrees 57 minutes West 130,5 feet to the point of beginning proper which is the beginning of the Easement described as follows: A strip of ground thirty feet wide or fifteen feet either side of a line runn- ing North 23 degrees 57 minutes West from the point of beginning proper d0d,5 feet to a Little Rock Sewer District existing manhole.
