2711 RESOLUTION NO. 2,711
A RESOLUTION WAIVING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 13.06 (c) of ARTICLE 13 OF THE FIRE
PREVENTION CODE ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9,600
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The provisions of Section 13.06 (c) of
Article 13 of the Fire Prevention Code adopted by Ordinance
9,600 as amended, are hereby waived as same relate to a
certain structure located on the campus of Little Rock
University in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which
building is identified as a one story frame structure
used for the housing of music and art classes, said waiver
being conditioned upon the installation by the said Little
Rock University of an approved fire alarm detection system
not necessarily connected with the Central Fire Station of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
