A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH MARION CRIST & ASSOCIATES
FOR A CONTRACT CALLING FOR THE PREPARATION OF A MASTER
DRAINAGE PLAN FOR THE GREATER LITTLE ROCK AREA; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into negotiations with Marion Crist & Associates
for a contract calling for the preparation of a Master Drainage
Plan for the Greater Little Rock Area in such detail and in such
particulars as meet with the approval of the City Manager and the
Director of Public Works of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
