RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILING OF AMENDED
URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE GRANITE MOUNTAIN
AREA PROJECT UR ARK 1-2
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereinafter called the "Housing Authority", has entered into a Loan and
Capital Grant Contract with the United States of America, dated December
31, 1954, acting by and through the Housing and Home Finance Administrator,
for the execution of an urban renewal project in an area of the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, known as the "Granite Mountain
Area", designated Project UR ARK 1-2; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an Urban Renewal Plan which
portrays proposed land uses; and
WHEREAS, after considerable review certain minor changes are pro-
posed in the land use plan; and
WHEREPS, said changes have been concurred in by the Urban Renewal
Administration of the Housing and Home Finance Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Tf RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
Cm OF LIME ROCK, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. The changes in said Urban Renewal Plan lane use as
approved by the Urban Renewal Administration of the Housing and Home
Finance Agency be approved in accordance with map attached hereto.
Section 2. The Housing Authority file with the Urban Renewal
Administration of the Housing and Home Finance Agency an amended Urban
Renewal Plan.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
