RESOLUTIONAAPPROVING THE FILING OF AMENDED
URBAN RENEWAL PL.P1' FOR THE LIVESTOCK SHOW
AREA PROJECT ARK R-2
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereinafter called the "Housing Authority", has entered into a Loan and
Capital Grant Contract with the United States of America, dated March
12, 1958, acting by and through the Housing and Home Finance Administrator,
for the execution of an urban renewal project in an area of the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, known as the "Livestock Show Area
Project", designated Project ARK R-2; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an Urban Renewal Plan which portrays
proposed land uses; and.
WHEREAS, after considerable review certain minor changes are proposed
in the land use plan; and
WHEREAS, said changes have been concurred in by the Urban Renewal
Administration of the Housing and Home Finance Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. The changes in said. Urban Renewal Flan land use as
approved by the Urban Renewal Administration of the Housinc and Home
Finance Agency be approved in accordance with nap attached hereto.
Section 2. The Housing Authority file with the Urban Renewal
Administration of the Housinc and Home Finance Agency an amended Urban
Renewal Plan.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect. immediately.
