RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILING OF AMENDED
URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE WESTROCK AREA
PROJECT ARK R-4
WHEREAS, the Housing ^uthority of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, hereinafter called the "Housing Authority", has entered
into a Loan and Capital Grant with the United States of America,
dated April 7, 1959, acting by and through the Housing and Hone
Finance Administrator, for the execution of an urban renewal pro-
ject in an area of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
known as the "Westrock Area", designated Project ARK R-4; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an Urban Renewal Flan which
portrays proposed land uses; and
WHEREAS, after considerable review certain minor changes are
proposed in the land use plan; and
WHEREAS, said changes have been concurred in by the Urban
Renewal Administration of the Housing and Home Finance Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. The changes in said Urban Renewal Plan land use
as approved by the Urban Renewal Administration of the Housing and
Home Finance Agency be approved in accordance with map attached hereto.
Section 2. The Housing Authority file with the Urban Renewal
Administration of the Housing and Home Finance Agency an amended
Urban Renewal Plan.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
