A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE MILK AND DAIRY DE-
PARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , invitation for bids for the equipment identified by
this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS , bids have been received and opened pursuant to
said invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award the contract on said bids to the lowest responsible
bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following equip-
ment for use by the Milk & Dairy Department of the City of Little
Rock are hereby awarded to the person, firm or corporation in
the amounts shown below:

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment of the purchase prices hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
