A RESOLUTION COMMENDING T. V. ALLEN FOR SERVICE ON THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, T. V. Allen has served as a member of the Planning
Commission of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, since November
19 , 19 59 ; and
WHEREAS, T. V. Allen has moved from the City of Little Rock,
thereby causing his resignation; and
WHEREAS , T. V. Allen ' s record as a member of the said Commission
is one of diligent, faithful and conscientious participation in the
functions of the said Commission; and
WHEREAS , the valuable services contributed by T. V. Allen to
the City of Little Rock by his participation as a member of the said
Commission are acknowledged and appreciated by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. T. V. Allen is hereby commended for his invaluable
contribution to the City of Little Rock by membership on the Planning
Commission of the City of Little Rock, and the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock does hereby go on record in acknowledgment
and appreciation of the outstanding and dedicated service given by
T. V. Allen to the citizens of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
