A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AND APPROPRIATING SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($6,400.00) FROM THE UNENCUMBERED BALANCE IN THE
PARKS & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT 21 OF THE PARKS & AIR-
PORT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , the Parks & Airport Construction Fund at the present
time has an unencumbered balance of Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and
27/100 Dollars ($10,900.27) ; and
WHEREAS, it is desired by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock to provide funds for the construction of display cases
in the Natural History Museum;
NOW 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is allocated and appropriated from the
unencumbered balance in the Parks & Airport Construction Fund the
sum of Six Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($6,400.00) for
and to the use of Project 21 within the Parks & Airport Construction
Fund for use in the acquisition of display cases in the Natural History
Museum.
SECTION 2. this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
