RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF NORTH PALM STREET LOCATED BETWEEN
LOT 1 , BLOCK 6 AND LOT 7 , BLOCK 8, HILLCREST ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
26th day of January , 1961 , asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon that portion of North Palm
Street located between Lot 1 , Block 6 and Lot 7 , Block 8
of Hillcrest Addition to the City of Little Rock, as desig-
nated on the plat of said Addition appearing of record in
Plat Book 1 , page 57 , in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas , which portion is described with
particularity in said Petition.
NOW, THEREFORE , be it resolved by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of
March , 1961 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a news-
paper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
