2644 RESOLUTION NO. 2,64
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR USE BY
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE C i TY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials
identified by this resolution has been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to
said invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible
bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contract for the purchase of the following
materials and equipment for use by the Fire Department of the City
of Little Rock is hereby awarded to the person, firm or corporation
in the amount shown below:

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrants in
payment of the purchase price hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
