2414 RESOLUTION NO . 204
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ADVERTISE AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL
ESTATE OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise and receive bids for the sale of the following described
real estate owned by the City of Little Rock:
1. All of that part of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 1, West Rock
Addition to Little Rock not occupied by the right-of-way
of the street constructed by Street Improvement District
No . 508.
2. Lot 7, Block 3, Ferndale Addition to the City of Little dock.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
