A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TAP HORNER, JR. , AND T. CHARLES TREADWAY
TO THE LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Tap Horner, Jr. , is hereby appointed to the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee effective as of August 1, 1959 ,
for a four (4) year term ending July 31, 1963 , and T. Charles Treadway
is hereby appointed to the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee effective
as of August 1, 1959 , for the remainder of an unexpired term ending
July 31, 1961.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
