A RESOLUTION ANNOUNCING THE POLICY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
RELATIVE AN INCREASE IN MILLAGE RATE FROM TWO TENTHS ( .2) OF
A MILL TO SEVEN TENTHS ( .7) OF A MILL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
FIREMEN'S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors announces the policy of the
City of Little Rock to the effect that at such time as is required
by law said Board of Directors shall recommend to the County Quorum
Court the levy of an increase millage rate from Two Tenths ( .2) of
a mill to Seven Tenths ( .7) of a mill for the benefit of the Firemen ' s
Relief and Pension Fund, said increase to be levied beginning in the
year 1960.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall hie in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
