2323 RESOLUTION NO. 2323
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE -NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF EIGHTH
AND HAYES STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AS THE SITE FOR A PROPOSED FIRE STATION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The property located at the northeast
corner of the intersection of Eighth and Hayes Streets
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, or so much thereof
as may be required is hereby designated as a site for
the erection of a proposed fire station.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
