A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DR. HOYT R. ALLEN AND CLAUDE A.
HEFLEY AS CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSIONERS OF THE LITTLE ROCK
CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANS<YS:
S ECTION 1. That Dr. Hoyt R. :Men is hereby appointed a
Civil Service Commissioner of the Little Rock Civil Service
Commission effective as of April 1, 1959 , for a six (6) year
term ending March 31, 1965 , and Claude A. Hefley is hereby ap-
pointed a Civil Service Commissioner of the Little Rock Civil
Service Commission effective as of April 1, 1959 , for the re-
mainder of an unexpired term ending March 31, 1963 .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
