2250r � 1 RESOLUTION NO . 2250 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS OF MINUTE ORDER NO . 2976 OF THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION DATED OCTOBER 7, 1958, PRO- VIDING FOR THE WIDENING OF HIGHWAY 10 FROM LA HARPE BOULEVARD TO THE LITTLE ROCK CITY LIMIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, under date of October 7 , 1958, the Arkansas State Highway Commission approved Minute Order No . 2976 providing for the widening of Highway 10 from La Harpe Boulevard to the Little Rock City Limit, which Minute Order is in words and form as follows: I and, WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to accept the provisions and conditions of said Minute Order No . 2976, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LI1TLE RO CK, ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 . That Minute Order No . 2976 of the Arkansas State Highway Commission dated October 7 , 1958 , herein above set out in full Le, and the same is hereby, approved and accepted in its entirety including all conditions therein set forth. SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption . ADOPTED: November 10, 1958 ATTEST: APPROVED: 2//' City Clerk �• • • ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT MINUTE ORDER _ -- Pulaski County Page 1 of 1 Pages District Number 2_ In PULASKI COUNTY on HIGHWAY 10 from La Harpe Boulevard to the Little Rock City Limit, a distance of approximately 4.7 miles, the Director is authorized to proceed in the most feasible and economical manner with the work of widening pavement to a standard of four twelve-foot undivided lanes at an estimated cost of $1,030,000. subject to the following conditions : 1. All required right-of-way free of obstructions will be furnished free of cost to the State. 2. All required adjustment of utilities will be made free of cost to the State. 3. The City of Little Rock by Ordinance will enforce no parking on pave- ment constructed under the provisions of this action. 4. The City of Little Rock will assume responsibility for damages to abutting property on basis of plans prepared by the State and approved by the City. 5. The City of Little Rock will assume responsibility for maintenance of illumination and signalization facilities that may be included in construction plans. 6. Acceptance of the provisions of this order by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock within 120 days. 7. It should be understood that according to present estimates of income and commitments, the Department may not be in position to finance construction prior to the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1960. 8.
