RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCIES IN THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 602
Whereas, Andrew E. Harrelson and Carl W. Williams members of
the Board. of Commissioners of Street Improvement District number 602,
Little Rock, Arkansas have moved out of said improvement district, and have
each tendered proper resignation statements as such members, and it is
therefore necessary to select their successors, and resignations accepted, and
Whereas Connor Morehead of 2213 S. Fillmore, and Floyd Bruce of
2013 S. Fillmore have been selected to fill said vacancies.
Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, that said resignations be accepted, and that
Connor Morehead and Floyd Bruce, as named in the petition here presented, be
and they are hereby selected and appointed to the respective vacancies on said
board.
That within the time provided by law each shall subscribe to and
file proper oath of office with the City Clerk.
