2217 RESOLUTION NO. 2217
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
AND RENTAL OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR USE IN
AND BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and materials
identified by this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award contracts
on said bids to the lowest responsible bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following
materials and equipment for use in and by the Street Department
are hereby awarded to the persons, firms or corporations in the
amounts shown below:
