A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR RESURFACING CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ben M. Hogan & Company by his bid is the lowest
responsible bidder for resurfacing certain streets in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, at a bid price of 7 1) 7,772.28 , and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors desires to award the con-
tract for said resurfacing to said Ben M. Hogan & Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVRT) BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The contract, to be executed by the Mayor and
the City Clerk, for resurfacing certain streets in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, is hereby awarded to Ben M. Hogan & Company at a
contract price of17 772 28
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
