2211 RESOLUTION NO. 2211
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF CURBS, GUTTERS AND FOR PAVING 28th STREET BETWEEN
FILLMORE AND HAYES STREETS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Grady Garms, Contractor, by his alternate 2B
bid, is the lowest responsible bidder for constructing curbs,
gutters and paving 28th Street between Fillmore and Hayes
Streets in the City of Little Rock at a bid price of $25,389.96,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award the
contract for said construction to said Grady Garms,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The contract, to be executed by the Mayor
and City Clerk, for constructing curbs, gutters and paving
28th Street between Fillmore and Hayes Streets is hereby
awarded to Grady Garms, Contractor, at a contract price of
$25,389.96.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
