A RESOLUTION COMMENDING CAPTAIN L. V. WITHERSPOON
FOR HIS INVALUABLE SERVICES TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Captain L. V. Witherspoon has served the City
of Little Rock loyally and faithfully for the past twenty-
nine years, and,
WHEREAS, Captain L. V. Witherspoon has rendered invaluable
services to the City of Little Rock during his twenty-nine
years on the Police Force, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Captain L. V. Witherspoon is hereby
commended for his efficient and faithful services to the City
of Little Rock during the past twenty-nine years.
