A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ETHEL SCHMAND FOR HER INVALUABLE
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN HER CAPACITY AS
CITY TREASURER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ethel Schmand has served the City of Little Rock
loyally and faithfully for the past seven years as City Treasurer,
and,
WHEREAS, Ethel Schmand has rendered invaluable services
to the City of Little Rock during her seven year tenure in
office, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ethel Schmand is hereby commended for
her efficient and faithful services to the City of Little Rock
during the past seven years in her capacity as City 'reamer.
