A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TWENTY-TWO (22) MILLION
DOLLAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS APPROVED AND SUBMITTED
BY THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission,
acting upon the request of the Board of Directors, has
submitted to the City Manager and Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Report recommending
a Twenty-two (22) Million Dollar Capital Improvement Plan
for said City, and
WHEREAS, the City is anxious to accept and adopt
said Report, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That the Report of the Little Rock
Planning Commission recommending a Twenty-two ( 22) Million
Dollar Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas be adopted as the Plan of the said City.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in force from
and after its adoption.
