RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 621
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Curb and Gutter Improvement
District No. 621 have made due report to the City Board of Directors
that they have qualified for office and have organized, have formed
plans for their improvement, and have estimated the cost thereof
to be within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the
appointment of William Rumph
Porter galls and Charlie Coleman
all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas , as assessors
to assess the benefits in said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the report is approved,
and that 'William Bumph , Porter Walls ,
and Charlie Coleman be and they are hereby elected as
assessors for Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 621 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath of office and
to assess the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other
tract of land within said District by reason of the proposed improve-
ment.
