2165 RESOLUTION NO. 2165
RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR GAS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 132.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Gas Improvement District
No. 132 have made due report to the City Council that they have
qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment of
Junius Holmes, David Fleming, and J. N. Martin, all duly qualified
electors of Lit$e Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits
in said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Junius Holmes, David
Fleming, and J. N. Martin be and they are hereby elected assessors
for Gas Improvement District No. 132 of the City of Little Rock, and
they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits
to be received by each and every lot or other tract of land within the
said District by reason of the proposed improvement.
