RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR ANNEX NO. 1 TO WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 129
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Annex No. 1 to Water Improvement
District No. 129 have made due report to the City Council that they
have qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans for
their improvement and have estimated the cost thereof to be within
the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appointment of
Junius Holmes, David Fleming, and J. N. Martin, all duly qualified
electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits
in said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Junius Holmes, David
Fleming, and J. N. Martin be and they are hereby elected assessors
for Annex No. 1 to Water Improvement District No. 129 of the City of
Little Rock, and they are directed to take the oath of office and to
assess the benefits to be received by each and every lot or other
tract of land within the said District by reason of the proposed
improvement.
