2159 RESOLUTION NO. 2159 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE THAT PART OF WOODLAWN AVENUE RUNNING FROM THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF SHAMROCK DRIVE TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF BECKWOOL Rat - FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET, WHICH LIES BETWEEN BLOCKS 1 AND 4, McINT OSH ADDITION NO. 2 TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, Virgil J. Hudson, Jacquelyn B. Hudson, K. R. Clinton, Helen K. Clinton, G. E . Jernigan, Margaret M. Jernigan, Curry B. Bradburn, Jr. and Mary Jean Bradburn have filed a petition with the City Council requesting that the Council vacate that part of Woodlawn Avenue running from the west property line of Shamrock Drive to the east property line of Beckwood ROAD. for a distance of approximately 300 feet , which lies between Blocks 1 and 4, McIntosh Addition No. 2 to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and they have filed with their petition a photostatic copy of Blocks 1 and 4, McIntosh Addition No. 2, now on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas, which shows the street to be vacated, together with the lot and block numbers of each lot which abuts upon the street to be vacated; now, therefore , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that said petition shall be heard at 8:00 o' clock P.M. on the ,0 day of September , 1957, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing according to the statute, by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
