RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 613
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 613
have made due report to the City Council that they have qualified for office
and have organized, have formed plans for their improvement and have esti-
mated the cost thereof to be within the limit allowed by law, and have re-
commended the appointment of ELMER HOLCOMB, BILL PUTNUM and
E. A. McCASKILL, all duly qualified electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
assessors to assess the benefits in said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That ELMER HOLCOM,
BILL PUTNUM and E. A. McCASKILL be and they are hereby elected assessors
for Street Improvement District No. 613 of the City of Little Rock, and they are
directed to take the oath of office and to assess the benefits to be received by
each and every lot or other tract of land within the said District by reason of
the proposed improvement.
