A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING A C012._ISSIOI\TER IN
CURB & GUTTER ITNPROV1IENT DISTRICT NO. 608
WHEREAS, by resolution this council did on February 16,
1957, appoint Earl V. Iielone as a commissioner of Curb L. Gutter
Improvement District No. 608 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and directed
him to take his oath of office within ten days a provided by law; and
`,1IIEREAS, because of being out of the city for business
reasons said Earl V. jelone was unable to take and file his oath
within the required ten days but is still willing to serve as
commissioner of said district;
NOW, TI- REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Little Rock, Arkansas :
That Earl V. lielone b e and he is hereby reappointed
Commissioner of Curb C; Gutter Improvement District No. 608 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and shall forthwith take his oath of office
and enter upon his duties with the other commissioners of said .
district.
