A RESOLUTION APPOINTING W. A. JOYCE AS
COMMISSIONER OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 582 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, Charles B. Ham, a duly appointed, qualified and acting
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 582, Little Rock,
Arkansas, no longer owns property within the District and hence is
no longer eligible to serve as such Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District
No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of
W. A. Joyce, residing at 5925 A Street, in Little Rock, Arkansas,
and a property owner in said District, as successor to said Charles ,
B. Ham and to fill the vacancy due to the ineligibility of the said
Charles B. Ham to continue to serve as said Commissioner.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTT,E ROCK, ARKANSAS, that W. A. Joyce be, and he is hereby,
appointed as a Commissioner of and for Street Improvement District
No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said W. A . Joyce is hereby
directed to take the oath of office as required by law and to enter
upon his duties as such Commissioner.
